Beberapa faktor yang boleh menyebabkan mereka mudah terpengaruh antaranya adalah vape mudah didapati dan bebas dijual.<\/p>\n<p>Oleh kerana tiada kawalan sejak tahun 2015 sehingga sekarang, kita boleh lihat kedai vape tumbuh merata-rati seluruh negara. Tiada punca kuasa bagi pihak berwajib untuk mengambil tindakan kerana tidak ada akta khusus mengenai vape dan cecair nikotin. Adalah diharapkan dengan Akta kawalan tembakau demi kesihatan 2024 yang telah diluluskan di parlimen akan mampu membenamkan ketagihan vape dalam negara kita.<\/p>\n<p>Jika semakin lama akta baru ini mengambil masa untuk pelaksanaan dan penguatkuasaan, maka makin susahlah gejala vape ini dibanteras dalam masyarakat. Ini kerana ianya sudah pun menjadi satu normalisasi bagi mereka, dengan alasan untuk berhenti rokok melalui mengambil vape. Padahal kajian di atas menunjukkan bahawa dalam kalangan mereka yang tidak pernah merokok juga boleh terpengaruh untuk mengambil vape.
